Site's PHP

Your site is really cool with all the customizing features and stuff. I know that you did it with PHP, but is PHP hard? And at the bottom of your site I see a link to PHP-nuke...is this what you use to make your PHP scripts? And if so, how is it? Easy? Hard?

PHP Nuke powers the site, We've added onto it alot, extended the theming, fixed things.. etc etc
