After tp or Dark Falz my game freezes, can anyone help?

This is really pissing me off. i am a noob so things r hard for me, i was on hard with my humar and it took FOREVER to go threw ruins and beat falz. when i got to the epliog warp and click it, the game FROZED!!!!! it did this when i was in normal once too. also sometimes when i try to go threw a telepipe the games freezes too.

does anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway to prevent this?

come on 14 reads and no one has any help? maybe if i get a cooling thing for my xbox?

Um... this happened with a few GCs too, just check if the disk is dirty.
