What do i do with "Heart of Chao"

Tonite i found a item called the heart of chao. I maxed out my stats (synchro to 120%, Iq to 200), and my mags level is 160. I cannot use this. Does anyone know how i can get to use this mag cell.

I saw somewhere on a site that you needed a Mag with > 35 in all 4 stats (defense, power, dexterity, and mind).

Ha all u have to do is get a mag cell and use it on ur mag than u can use the heart, worked for me! Well if u take science it goes cell-tissue-organ-organ systems-organism...
Lets just say Iw ant a sonic-organism!

to use it get your mag to lvl 200.
