Rares = Luck?!?!

What does your LCK (luck) have anything to do with this game... Does it increase as you graduate through Normal, Hard, VHard...

Basically just tell me about luck...

Luck only increases your chances of getting a critical hit. It does not affect in any way your chances of getting rares. As a stat, it is not much good until its about 70. But even at 100 luck, you will not get 100% critical hits. More like 50%.
