DC: UK - Can DC users play online with Xbox users?

Is it possible to play online from the UK using my DC PSO v2 with XBox users? I recently bought an xbox but want to give all my items to an xbox user I know so he can give me them back when I connect with my Xbox version. Complicated I know but I'm a tight arse and I don't want to lose all my stuff and have to start from scratch!

Any reply would be appreciated.

All the PSO versions on different systems exist on different servers.

I thought I read somewhere a while ago that PSO users would be able to play cross-format, but it would seem not.
