What is the official word from PSO World on duping?

I've seen stuff about what the PSO World staffers think about hacking, and thieving, but I've yet to see an official word, good or bad, about duping. If someone could point me to a link I happened to miss when this happened I would greatly appreciate it, or if you admins can speak for the entie staff, that would be equally appreciated.
