Patch or no patch?

I've heard talk of a "patch" or something that will delete all the hacked items on June 6. I've heard from my friend who heard it from many different sources online that this is true. I was played tonight and said that there isn't going to be a hacked "clean up." Does any one know with one is true?

That's bull.

It's impossible to do that, all hacked items were "legit" at one time, someone merely copied them and passed them out all over the server.

In other words, if Sega can do that, yet not fix FSOD, BSOD, and Character Corruption, then that's just ridiculous.

On the Xbox version, it's more than likely that there will be a patch for PSO sometime in the future. I don't know if they'll be able to wipe all the dupes and hacks, but they might be able to at least fix the FSOD problem...

I was talking about XBox, so no, all the items weren't legit at one time. And thanks, I almost got rid of my Angel's Wing.
