I did the new quest whit skyly ID x 10+ times and never got a MKB from Mericarol -__-;;
I can trade those legit items for an untekked MKB

-Kasami Bracer
-Red Slicer
-Soul Banish [Untekked]
-Meteor Cudgel

Some PD or Mag Cells.
