Do Flowen or Rico ever drop anything?

I just learned the trick with Flowen and the red weapons, and heard you can do the same with Rico and the Olga Flow weapons. But I've heard different things when it comes to if they drop anything. Flowen didn't drop anything when I saw him but some people told me he drops olga flow dna. I've heard Rico drops the red ring, her glasses or earrings. I just wanna know if this is total bs or if I should try to get a Dark Meteor for this purpose (cause it sucks as a weapon)

i heard the same lame rumors on crappy PSO cheat sites, but I am 100% sure they are not true.
