Someone please tell me how to make an AGITO.

I have Book of Katana1 and I finished all the quest already. Who do I need to talk to ( Which Quest) make an Agito? Or I need all the Book of Katana?

the quest "find my master" (Zoke quest) talk to a tekker outside the shop (I think) and he'll make a better weapon for you.
