whats up with the special on heaven punishment

Ok, I got a couple of questions about the Heaven Punishment's special attack. When I first got it I did the special and rays of light of somethin attacked the enemies from above. Now when I do it, it doesn't do anything. I know its special is based on time but how does it determine when I can do that awesome ray of light thing. Can someone please clear this up for me??? Thank You

ok, here is how heaven punisher works....first you should know that you have a beat time when you get in the menu screen where it says something like internet time @ 244.....the trick to heaven punisher is that it will active whenever the first number is an even number....so, when the time is 0xx, 2xx, 4xx, 6xx, 8xx.....you can do the speical attack with heaven punisher the whole 100 beats...until the first number reaches an odd number then it will stop working.....hope this helps.....
