um.... HELP (XBOX)

when i try to log onto pso i eather get a message saying that i can not connect to xbl or it lets me log in for a VERY short ammount of time and im not able to send/reciefe mail or join games w/o looseing my connection (incase you know what thay are im geting error messages 100 and 101)

if you know why this is happening or how to fix it please tell me

as you have guessd by now my cable modem is currently working of you wouldnt be reading this post

i spent nearly 40 min on the phone with xbox live tech support and thay said thay didnt know wtf was wrong.... the guy had me delete my acc then recover it and change various things and i keep geting the same errors (100 or 101)........the funny thing is i can play ANY other xbl game i own (mech assault, unreal,capcom vs snk2) and thay play just fine.... it figures that the one game i actualy want to play right now wont work.................

I have a feeling its comcast's fault

but i called and they said nothing is wrong with my line or signal...

it really wouldnt suprise me.... um btw do you have a late bill or overdue payments for comcast.... we owe like 50 bucks maybe thats why there screwing with my pso (keep in mind any other xbl game i try works fine)
