My Dreamcast really jacked up my PSO disk! I wanna buy another one but don't know exactly what to do. can i just enter my old serial number since the Serial and Access numbers aren't disk specific, then call up Sega and lie to them saying i only bought a new Dreamcast? thank you anyone that helps!

You can use your old serial number and access key to play offline. In order to play online you need to call Seag and get them to delete your registration from the online server. Then you can go online and re-register. Usually takes about a week.
