But I was wondering if someone could list the way I can get my hands on an Agito(real or fake) or a Oritiagito.
Like what steps do I take? Where do I find the tools/weapons?
Any help is much appreciated.

Well, there isn't any paritcular trick to getting one. I'm pretty sure they can be found in any area. I foundn my first Agito in Normal mode Ruins and then my second in Very Hard Forest. MY friend was even able to buy one at the weapon shop before!
