I have a Pian Heart, Egg Blaster and Chain Sawed but...

...Why can't I use the Pian Heart mag cell. I was told to max out the Sync and IQ on a mag over lvl 100. When I finally did this last night it still wouldn't let me use it. Do I have to use it on a mag that's already had a mag cell used on it?

Pian's heart needs a lvl 200 mag not lvl 100.

My Soniti mag is only lvl 160 and I can use it on that, but I need 2 good mags. 1 soniti and 1 pian.

Heart of Pian only works on MAGs which are level 200 or have already been altered with a MAG Cell (or both).
