Umm a Sato can only have 150 max,in order to make a Sato you need 45 dex and 50 on the mag.

It can have a single stat with 200.
But those mags are hacked.

yeah, you can only have 150 max pow, but dex doesn't necessarily have to be 45, that's just the common formula. satos have to have def+dex=mind+pow.
