Closed for maintenence?

[Cannibal-Snowman]

This doesn't happen all of the time, but sometimes when I try to access this site, a screen comes up saying that it has been temporarily closed for maintenence. This has happened at least five times in the past few hours. Is there a problem with the site?

I'm infuriated that I can only come in for 3 minutes to reply to any PMs and suddenly the crappy network suddenly decides to go mute on me.
