Run a Dreamcast through a computer network so I can have "CallWave" up, and play PSO online?

No, I'm pretty sure you can't hook up your Dreamcast to a computer network. I don't think this will help but I have DSL and connect to PSO with regular internal modem so I can hear calls from computer while playing online.
