Signature question

Can anyone tell me - how do I put an image in for my signature? As in, I made a teeny image with my chars and their levels and sect. id's like I've seen other people do, and right now it's in html form. How do I turn that into something I can put as my sig?

Actually it is not quite an image, it's a webpage I made last night out of a table. So now how would I turn that into a postable image?
