Little help here...

If I beat the game offline on normal, and when I get access to go to hard...can I select ALL the missions from the get go? Or do I have to go down to the mines (where the job I need to get to takes place) first?

Nope, starting a new skill level means starting the quests all over again. Feh...

Ok, one more thing, if I start over (again) on normal, and I go down to the mines, will all the quests up to the mines open up? Or do I have to do all the quests all over again? Because this crap is really pissing me off, and I would really like to get my hands on the Delsabre's Buster, but now I really don't think it's worth all of this garbage.

Well, if I remember, you have to do the first three training quests then if you complete a section before any of the other quests...then that's OK, the new section quests will open anyway.
