Does anybody know why....

Are you sure you are not thinking of God/BATTLE? Because the power and stat units will stack, where the Battle units (General, Devil, and God) do not stack.

Well there you go http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif battle units don't stack, so if you use more then one of them, you are just wasting a slot in your armour.

God/Battle raises the attack speed by 30%. The attack speed can't be increased any higher than 30%.

yes u are right i thought it was for the attack but for speed ot will not increase more then that much
