how do i turn a s-beats arm into s-beats blade?
help plz .

You have to beat one(not sure what it's caleld) of the offline ruins quest. After you beat it, you have to talk to Dr. Monatgue who will change it.

First, complete the mission "Doc's Secret Plans". Then start the mission "Unsealed Door". Walk outside the hunter's guild, and you'll see Doc. Montague wandering around. Talk to him, and he'll change your weapon. QUIT THE MISSION (or else he won't change another weapon for you on that difficulty).
