Actually they can be used to add 30% in any weapon. Sranks and enemy weapons unconfirmed.

But 30% is so little for a photon sphere. Legitly is hard to use that. is soemthing that affect more the cheaters than anyone else.

I dont think enemy weopons can,unless its unconfirmed that it needs at least 5% to bring up!
