As far as I know, Red Ring is non-existant right now. It's actually banned online I believe so no one could possibly get you it unless they came to your house (that is if that had it.)

Actually, Red rings were created/hacked in (supposedly). This has been rumoured by a lot of people in the mag/item/sec id forum http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
