This was the strangest thing

This crazy event happen just a few minutes ago when I was playing the West Tower, the team had made it to floor 9 and headed to the city to restock i had a twin blaze equipped and when i return through the telepipe the twin blaze was unlite and did half the normal damage and stayed unlite through the rest of the quest.

sometimes the flame dies in them. When I had one before I had the same problem. im not sure why.
