Speech Bubbles in comics

How do you add them? Do you draw them in yourself, or is there a site in which you can get them or is there a way to make them? HELP PLEASE~ My, text box on art post got no replies and Im holding out on this one. PLEASE HELP. If worse comes to worst I can draw them in but c'mon guys, give me a hand here.

You can easily add them in with Adobe Illustrator if you have it.
