one way is to check http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1001 and see his atp/damage for all the attacks and see if you can even survive it.

i beat him easily with my lvl 114 ramar

lvl 116 with HUcast..rough battle for the most part. Got a handgun= you're fine. Use a saber when he uses that God's Punishment thing= death lol.

Slicers can hit the first form twice for about the damage of a handgun, so use those if ya want a fairly quick battle..unless ya use techs.

I did it solo with a LVL 112 FOmarl, and she only used 4 Scape Dolls and thats cuz I was eatting shit. But other then that, I did pretty good for a solo one on one with O.Flow. No DNA though but nice ending though. For me, it was well worth it. Only drawback was losing 400K to stupid Sinow Zele and Zoas, but hey, its kool.

Ya some where between 100-115 and you should be ok... just be sure to bring some scpaes just incase.
