i had a crappy 10 dollar GC controller with turbo (note i dont play PSO on GC) and it worked fine for what i needed it for. im pretty sure you can find a cheap one at your EB or KB

try doing ruins with a grinded soul eater over and over.

Hey bro, the easiest and i mean easiest way to lvl up forces is like so..
Have one of your close friends give you at least a lvl 150 mind mag, and if you dont go online raise a mind mag offline. Once you have a high enough mst find a high lvl gizonde tech disk. with that you can pretty much zip through the other lvls i.e, forest, caves etc. Get t overy hard mines. Fine the canadines that surround a red one, (sorry forgot its name) and cast ryuker. or use a telepipe. after you have a fast escape route cast gizonde on the canadines until they die then before the red one vanishes take the pipe and come back. When you return the canadines will be back and you can kill them repeatedly for easy exp. I myself, went to ultimate mines but the stupid worm thingy in caves was kind of hard to kill on lvl 59.. lol.. it took me 2 hours to gain like 20 lvls like that. I think thats the easiest way.

FoMarls are competent with weapons.So,get a Brand,Autogun,and a Rod and use them once your about level 15.They are really good with the guns they can use.Also,a little cheat.

If you use any type of mind thing,(example:Priest Mind,)and equip it,you get higher Mental Strength.
So,if you needed 100 mental strength to use Gizonde,(which you do,)and you have 95 Mental Strength,you can equip it,have enough to use Gizonde,use Gizonde,and take it off,You will have Gizonde,and will be able to use it,and you only have 95 Mental Strength,when you usually need 100!
