How do I submit an item finding?

i found an item today and i looked all through the pages for my item finding guide and it want listed so i guess i should submit it

The item's finding is closed as the complete lists have been finished. You may only confirm and add box drops only now.

We have completed the Item Findings lists, including the newly added Control Tower enemies. Due to the completion of the item findings database, we have closed the submissions form and will only accept Box rares submissions. We urge users to go through the current findings and confirm findings by clicking confirm.

How do I send a box rare finding then? That's what wanted to do. I found Fire Sceptor: AGNI in a box in VHard Caves 1 on Yellowboze and I looked through the findings for yellowboze over and over and i didnt see it.
