I was rummaging through the mines when i came upon S-beat arms after slaying a Sinow Beat. Now that I have the S-beat arms where do i go to turn these puppies into S-blades?

Do "Dr ostos research" quest again. and talk to dr. montigue, (with the weapon on you) And he'll make the s-beats blades for you.
