There is something wrong with me I think. Or maybe something right. About two weeks ago I was happily enjoying PSO with my level 48 Racast when something strange happened. I... gave up my turn. I let my brother get on. I had lost interest. But not only in Phantasy Star but in all games. Video games, computer games, board games. I was left with two things I still liked doing, Magic: the gathering and Basketball. Then yesterday during a three way game of Magic I, I, Wanted to stop playing. Will the sport I like go next? What's happening to me? Is this what they call... Growing up? Noooo! I don't want to grow up! I want to be a kid forever! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif
I have to hold on to doing something fun. I don't want to become like my parents, who can't seem to enjoy anything. I have to have fun! For my children. So i'm not a boring dad. (Actually my dad is still kinda fun.)

I need tips adult gamers! how did you hold on? Maybe... I'm not sapost to hold on. Maybe it's time for me to move on. Oh, crap. I'm losing my childhood.

Heh heh. Don't worry, you're simply having your midlife crisis some twenty years early. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif

But fon't fret; it will pass. And then you'll find that once you are over it, you'll not have to worry about being a stodgy old fuddy-dud when you do get a little older and more responsible.

Hell, I'm 31, with a fiance and a stepson, and sitting in front of my home-office's computer are such accumulated bits of juvenility as a Pokemon TCG hat, Farscape and Mystery men action figures, a Peter Pan Burger King toy crucified to the wall with pushpins, and a light-up glow-in-the-dark dancing skeleton in the window. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_wink.gif
