If I only used one character...

A couple weeks ago, I was curious to know how much experience all of my characters in total. It came up to about 24,000,000...which would mean if I has used ONE character all this time they would be at about level 163. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif Instead, I have a bunch of characters at varying levels...just consult my sig.

People can also discuss where they would be without their other characters and section IDs...And whether or not they would have been incredibly bored just playing one character or not.

My levels: 140 + 139 + 118 + 113 + 81 + 44 = combined level 172. Seems a bit ridiculous

Ether, I don't know about you, but you wouldn't be 172. You have to take the experience points in consideration. Remember, the experience pt requirement for each level is different for every level up. You have to add up the current experience pts for all your chars. Then find out what level that total would correspond to; just check the experience chart in the guides (if you want to).

Off the top of my head, I think I have over 5 million exp pts total with all my chars, which would be anywhere between lvl 121-126.

Thats what I did, I just used the guide to get the numbers

140 = 10,939,630 total exp at level up, about 11 million
139 = about 10.5 million
118 = about 4.5 million
113 = about 3.6 million
81 = about 1.25 million
44 = about .2 million

that adds up to 31 million, which is about what you need for level 172..

i dont know the exact numbers... but my highest is lvl 135, then 103, 93, 63 and so on....
so accourding to the pattern, i would probly be about lvl 160...

you gotta take into consideration that if you played ultimate with the one character more than lvlig up the others you would have a bit more XP since the mobs give 200+ instead of 5 25 and 100

A very valid note, which makes a lot of sense. Now that you mention it, I think I thought of that awhile ago before even considering posting this topic, and I was like, "I would be so bored with the game if I'd just played in Ultimate with one character!" That was before I got online though...

Another reason why to rush new characters into Ultimate mode - you can level them up faster by spending more time in higher difficulties than the lower ones. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif You also get more out of your Kings-type weapons with the more EXP-dense enemies.

That exp chart makes for quite scary reading, you are only 1/4 of the way to your goal if you reach lvl 159 and coincidentally thats just about what my total exp would amount to, albeit that a number of my chars had been maxed for a fair while at 100 before v2 showed up.

4,500,000 + a bunch of small numbers = around level 135 (My main guy is level 117 and the next in line is 54 haha)

I only have one character.
My friend has like a ton.
But we make a pair of chars that compliment each other.
Then level up.

51+70=121 million

Sooo if I stayed on PSO GCN, Id have a level 200 character and a level 180 character. Definitly a level 200 character. Distribute the remaining 38 million out however.

EDIT: I dont know if I did the math exactly right but its about right.
