Ahahahah.... there is no anti lvl 25. It only goes up to lvl 7. If there are any newbs out there that are reading this and getting read to PM him, DON'T!! He's lieing!!

actually there is an anti level 30 I have seen it it's only usable by mod chip users. it is used to crash games I believe

You can make levels of techs higher than what they normally can be through hacking. It's also possible that can mess up the game too.

I want that anti. Ill give you say a normal untouched mag or any kit of mags(dreamcast, master system, etc..) or any heart mag (devil, angel, etc...) mag for it?

negative or incorrect level techniques were one of the most popular PK methods in the dreamcast version. I once got hit by a negative level resta from a RAcast killing all members except me and him o.O. please get rid of it lest if fall into the wrong hands and death by anti returns!

A friend of mine on the DC had her game screwed up by one of those. It meant that all of her characters couldn't use anything on other people. No Moon Atomisers, or Shifta etc... It really sucked for her...

i've seen an anti with some obscenely high level in a trade window.. it was greyed out and "x"'d to my fomar who prolly had enough MST for just about any spell learning at that point...

u cant use it only with a mod u can so it doesnt have any mst needed
