European PSO website?

I was just wandering : is there a PSO forum out there for european gamers? cause,the problem is that I'm european,and if i want to trade,there's the server issue (most people here are american,or am i wrong?)

Not that i don't like tthis website or anything,but to trade,for me it's no good
