Gc is nice, but I've never played it on Xbox.. Personally I like the Gc controller more than the Xbox, but I'm sure besides that there isn't much difference..

Gamecube: Far more online quests, lots of duping, 100% weapons thanks to the west tower quest
XBox: Voice Chat, unable to play on foreign servers, duping has been patched, but hacking and hacked items that dont exist or havent been released continues

Xbox is kinda behind on stuff compared to the cube but it got released later. The headset is a huge advantage battle wise. BTW Ginko i saw your character Ginko Baloba on a ruins +120 game today and i couldnt get in. Your a friend of Visara too if so we gotta hook up some time. My characters name is Demi and shes level 126 RAcaseal

They're basically the same. Tho, since the Xbox version was released so much later, it is indeed behind in updates online (unfortunately).
Xbox:
Pros - voice communicator, server patches (to monitor or eliminate dupes). I've only noticed one downloadble quest that the GCN doesn't have (Central Fire Swirl); not too major.
Cons - you need xbox live just to play the game (even offline, but if ur going to play online w/ other games then it shouldn't matter), still not up to par with GCN online quests (yet), no keyboard (not too bad tho).
GCN:
Pros - still has more quests for the time being. keyboard made for it (tho hard to find). (Personally, I like having a keyboard and voice chat; I don't always feel like talking). GBA hookup, but I don't see that as that big of a deal (just very underused IMO).
Cons - duping issues everyone's mentioning. lack of voice-chat and less secure network. But I don't see how you can't get by w/o them (so shouldn't be an issue).
As far as the game goes, I don't see any version being better than the other. Xbox just needs to get on par with the GCN online features.

As far as SNAPSHOTS are concerned:
GC: Can use cube to take snapshot pics and save to memory card, then upload via pso website or using PSO Proxy to send to your computer.
XBOX: Need a video capture card and a PC to take screen captures. (no idea why they didn't do the same thing as cube and then utitlize that HD, it would have been perfect)

As far as I am aware, you can use both a keyboard and voice comms on the XBOX version.

In the PSO GC Manual there is a full explanation on how to take a snapshot. And you need a controller in port 4 to take the snapshot, and i beleive a memory card in slot B to hold the picture.
Then you can isntall PSO Proxy on your PC to send the file over your network(if you have a network setup): http://psoproxy.sourceforge.net/

Meet in epdote 15 lobby 14 at 3:00 PM today. Im meetin another friend there from PSCave to do a trade and i wanna add both of you to my friends list
Basically There Is No Real Difference in the Game... Same Gameplay, same characters, same level, same story. I only prefer the GC version because I think the GC controller works much better for PSO than the XBox one.
Oh, and by the way... Don't eat the NooB...

I have a question then... WHY IS FREAKING GC VERSION COST SOOO FREAKIN MUCH MORE THAN XBOX?!?!
I've been trying to get my own copy of GC PSO for sooo long now, but every place is selling it for like 50+ bucks, whereas I can get an Xbox copy for like 30 or so bucks, even less if I got it off E-Bay.
Does anyone know why this is, or does anyone know where I can get a GC PSO for cheap? =D
thx
