Serial code and access key are already in your DC.. so can they be nullified or what?

Well unless you haven't gone online, I believe it won't work on another DC. The servers get your PSO serial #, your access key and your DC's serial number and timestamp.

Whoever you're selling the game to has to call Sega for a new serial # and access key.

You'd have to call up Sega and tell them that your DC "broke" and you bought a new one. Ask them to delete the cd key of your pso from their database and then the buyer can use the serial code/access key again on his/her dc since it was deleted.
