Why wont it let me online

I have netzero platinum on my PC and was wondering if anyone knew if GC could play online through it

Also, I type in my log name and pass but it always comes up, "CAN NOT AUTHENTICATE" I type in the same log name and pass on pc and it logs to the net then, why not on GC?

Are you using the modem adaptor? In some countries you can't use the modem adaptor (for lag or something :/)
It works in these countries (this is what it say on my box any way) UK, IS, IRL, A, NL, I, CH, GR, E, DK, D, FIN, F, B, P, FL, N, S, L.

I say this because where it say 'From' you put Pioneer 2 so I didn't know what country you are from.

Anyone else have any idea what the message "FAILED TO AUTHINTICATE" means? I know the pass and login name is correct.

uhhh do you mean you are typing in your login pass for your internet to work on the GC? I don't really know much about the GC HL but i don't think you have a HL yet

I know that you have to be able to get onto the internet b4 you can purchase a HL, but the error message comes up when it says it is confirming pass and user id or something like that. No, I have not gotten a HL yet so I have not been entering the log name and pass for that, I have been using the same Log in name and pass for which I am able to log into netzero platimum on my pc with.
