... words can not convey how pissed off i am...

fo i had just spent form 8:30 am - 12:45 pm lvling my new Fomarl on hard, 7 lvls an add slot, and about 55ish lvls on my mag later, im at DF i knew i didnt stand a chance, being lvl 36 and no hp raisers, but i got to his third form http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif ... now for the sad part

dog starts barking to be let out, so i jump up and pulled my controler cord out on accident, (stupid cords are to short....) walk over to put the cord back in and sudenly the screen is black and i hear the start screen music....

when i put my hand ON TOP of the cube to use my thumb to push the conecter in, the super sensative RESET BUTTON DEPRESSED...

i now see a flaw in the game cube...
1. a reset button
2 its not even in a safe spot

so i just wasted my morning... fuck.....

I HAVE NOW HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER TAPED OVER THAT STUPID BUTTON...

Heh yeah, that reset button is evil. I don't have PSO for Gamecube, but I've had my share of experiences with that accident-prone button.

One time me and my friend were playing playstation, while sitting on his bead. He farted which freaked me out so I fell off the bed and his the controller cord and his ps2 fell on my arm ( from like 5 feet up ) which left a bruise and broke his ps2.

Heh, I had a Dreamcast on a table and a controller on the floor, and my brother stepped on the controller cord.

I managed to salvage the controller from the wreckage (though it's sort of damaged, it works fine; I'll see if I can get a picture of it), but the Dreamcast - and Sonic Adventure - were both too far gone. x_o I had to buy a new DC and SA again. Pain. I think the VMU was damaged too, although it saves correctly it seems to have issues with the date.

I've never had a problem with the Gamecube's reset button; I'd put cardboard or something over it as well.

Man you wanna hear a story..ok hear goes I was playing Starcraft online on my PC for hours.. and my sister wanted to talk to her friend on ICQ and MSN and all that bllllahhhhh.. anyways my dad got so mad from us yelling and fighting (hes bad tempered) that he ran over broke the keyboard in half over the table and backhanded me in the face.. as i sat there rubbing my soar face.. staring at him after he sat down he ran and grabed my gamecube of my desk with controlled in and game opened the patto door and threw it in the pool..mind you it was winter so the pool was frozen but the controller hit the window when he threw it it doesn't work but the gamecube smashed up and down on the hard ice and the game flew out..alls it has wrong with it is the open button sticks sometimes "talk about a well bulid machine."

.....Family therapy, I dont know about anyone else, but your dad shouldnt really be backhanding you across the face and throwing your 200$ machines out of the window. Just my thoughts.

I would suggest getting a wireless controller. Then the worries of pulling the cord are gone and you can play the game from wherever. I actually used to have a series of mirrors set up from my bathroom to my TV so I could play while going to the bathroom. I wish I was kidding.

..

Then what the hell do you do when viewing/hearing fireworks, break into seizures?

Two words:
1-800-4-A-CHILD

I saw that number a while ago on a shopping cart and commercials. Don't let the hurt continue.
