Blocking Offensive/Damaging Posts

Is it possible that PSOW had the ability to block offensive or damaging posts and that it may be possible for forum users to use such an ability?

I mean, it won't be availible from the start, but I'm saying that once you've posted quite awhile here (oh, say, 100 posts), you are granted that ability.

Also, the kind of posts I've mostly focused on are insults, flames, cheat code posts, spam, etc.

If anyone wishes to contribute a tweak to this idea, feel free to do so.

Don't bother cause I won't code it, its a query hog to query every post and see if it should be blocked.

Actually, I was thinking that the block be done right then and there, not queue it in some gigantic list to quarantine it or not.
