2 questions. One. Can i find a tp material in offline mode? and two. Do hp materials add to the total amount of materials i can use?

I'm 99.99% sure TP materials are Cmode only. You can find them in offline and online Cmode, but not in the regular game. As for HP mats, they have a seperate limit from the rest of the stat limit. The limit for HP mats is 125 HP mats for any class.
