Has It been officialy released? Sorry I have been out of the loop playin wc3 alot. Can I download it or do I have to buy it?

You can download it (read: illegally) from various sites on the web. It has not officially been released in the US, nor do I expect it to be. It was only released in Asian countries.

All PSO versions I've seen so far have the option to change to various languages. And, actually, yes, it is in English.. I had it at one point.

There is some people getting emails from the FBI all because they were downloading illegaly, for example PSO. They nicely told them to delete the files, so they did.

E-mails from the Fbi? That has to be bullshit. They have more important things to be worrying about than Phantasy Star Online, lol. But yes illegal it is. But then again, who doesn't download illegally these days?

Lol a firewall is like a shooting though a piece of paper with a rocket launcher then can do it so easly that you would shit your pants. But really the FBI emailed them? I could see ISP,Record Company, and game producing companys. But the FBI.. Thats a new one lol.
