first off...age has nothing to do im talking about maturity level not age...i have met 20 year olds more immature then 5 year olds...so dont jump on me...this shows your maturity!

As for the practicality of your idea... what would you do, have ST card everyone that wanted in?

I've heard my fair share of contradictions, but this by far takes the proverbial cake. This goes directly against what you just said in the first post.
