Alright, we moved from TN to FL. I had the Hunter's License in TN and on a bank account in TN. So we moved down to FL so now that account was gone. we now have an account down here, and we have a debit card that will work. But when I click the splash Page on the Web Site, it won't load, but it's connected. I also tried going through options then Purchase a Hunter's License.

I need help bad, it wasn't this hard the 1st time. I'm suffering thru PSO Withdrawal and need help bad. When I enter my room I run across it and turn the light on and quickly look around, just to make sure no Evil Sharks will Pummel me from behind... 0_o

Oh, and Dial Up Modem if it matters

K, but it asks for a user name and password, I didn't see these things during the GC registration, and I can't Create an Account because my Serial Number/Access Number have been used already

So help me rpf2000!
