Ok, I did some tests while uploading stuff to an FTP server. I first tried my usual Broadband first, and then my 56k. After testing my broadband, which was kinda slow at uploading files, I tested my 56k.
I was shocked. My 56k uploaded the files in a fourth of the time. But surprisingly, when I'd go to a site like this, it would lag, and broadband would go faster.
Anyone have a guess of why this is happening?
I am using Bresnan (Broadband), and MSN (56k).
