Is there a hidden room in a certain quest? Does anyone know how to get in there?

theres that stupid room underneath the waterfall in ruins... but i would hardly call it hidden.

There is a room on the last quest (from the depths) near the end of Ruin2 (ash not in party) that is block by a wall (not junk but an actual wall) does anyone know if there is a way past it (a hiddin quest item mybe?)
