Ah! No third PB?

I raised my Varaha to level 97 and it only has the first two mag blasts...what's wrong? I read somewhere that it should've gotten the third a whole bunch of levels ago. I've only been raising Pow and Def. It has a syncro of 120% but a very low IQ (below 30) cos I've only been feeding it stupid magfood (mostly dimates cos trimates are expensive for me http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif). Does anyone know why I haven't gotten the last photon blast yet? Any help is greatly appreaciated.

What happened was your mag evolved into another form that learns a PB it already learned from a previous form. The way to learn a third PB is to change the stat ratios so that it evolves into another mag form that has a new PB. I have the same problem. I have a Varaha and it has only learned two PBs. I am currently changing it's stats so I can learn another PB.
