what determines the effectiveness of resta? both me and my friend have lvl 15 resta but his heals more. is it because he has more mst?? i looked up resta but all it said was its power, tp, range, and mst. what does the power mean??

Are you both the same class? If not, he could be a class with a Resta bonus.

More MST could be something to do with it. Also if they are FOmarl or FOnewarl I believe, they get Resta Bonuses, so they're will always be stronger.

Resta (along with shifta, deband, and anti) bonuses are range only.

If ur both hunters, mst could be a big factor. If he gets more mind material then he would heal more
