<font face=times new roman color=red>The Artist is Luis Royo. That pic is on the cover of his book that is out called Prohibited. It is NOT for people under 17 lol. Its...well...i dont want to come off as crude so if someone wants to know what the book is about, private message me. That pic is also in his Tattoo's Portfolio I believe, but im not 100% on that. I'll have to look through it again. And it can be found on his card set for Prohibited.
