Flow and Resistances?

Can anyone tell me which resistances you should have boosted against Flow? Do any of the resrstances matter or is def and evp more important?

one of the 3 normal techs (ie. foie barta zonde) usually work for a while, but when he changes you into his former self, that is usually when grants starts to work, but its unpredictable of what he is going to change to next

the changing part freaked the shit of me the 1st time.I was just using Foie with my Fo minding my own buisness when all of a sudden im some old guy o_0
