Delsaber and S-beat arms...

I just got the two items a while ago...just haven't figured out how to change it to the items...could someone pls tell me how?

Finish the offline quests. This will unlock all of them. Then restart the "Dr. Osto's Research" one from the mines, but walk around Pioneer 2. You will see Dr. Montague walking around. Have the items in your inventory and talk to him. You will get Sbeat's blades and Delsaber's buster.
